This Car Wars was a big sucess. With more that 300 cars running it was a long day. Qualifing lasted from 11 till about 4:30. There was several diffrent classes running also. Some that where not listed on the flyer that ran where the Jr. Dragsters and Motorcycles. There were also a funny car and a top fuel dragster there. The Funny car almost wrecked after losing control about 60 foot down the track and jumping into the other lane and almost hitting the guard rail on the other side. But he brought it back after regaining control near the 1/8 mile marker. The Top Fuel Dragster was having some technical problems so we didn't get to see it run. But overall This Car Wars was great. We all had a good time. Although no on off the team ran. We hope to see an even bigger turn out next year at the Car Wars. Hopefully we will see YOU there!
